Guests must complete a lease agreement (where applicable) including all occupants, ages, and provide identification at the time of booking.
MAINTENANCE
As our company stemmed from property maintenance and management we have built a reliable network of trusted local vendors to provide additional service to our Owners. Maintenance services available are as follows; pool service, lawn/garden care, pest control, and exterior cleaning. Repairs both small and large go through a work order process.

Over the course of 10+ years of business and over 55,000 guests served, minor damages do occur with only two major claims required. All reservations include peace of mind for our owners with damage insurance as standard. Offering three different levels of protection against potential damages to your property. We handle all the claim work so you can rest assure that swift repairs or replacements take place.
Linen Service
As an optional service we can provide your guests with guaranteed clean, professionally laundered, linens and towels. It allows our cleaning service to focus on the cleaning of your home and less on washing, drying, ironing, and folding. Linen service also reduces the wear and tear on your laundry machines which can lead to costly repairs or replacement.

Welcome to Rent Siesta Key! Once we have received your signed contract and all of the other information, we will move to enroll your home into our program. Photos and a video tour will be taken for our website and marketing portals. A housekeeping team and inspector are assigned specifically to your property. Any property short comings and remedies will be presented to you prior to making the listing active. -
Managing Your Investment Our reservations staff will work diligently to fill as many weeks as possible during the year to maximize your financial investment. Our seasoned maintenance staff is here to handle anything from a leaky faucet to deck repairs. Our Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals will be the eyes and ears for your property.
