Featuring two serenely charming bedrooms and two spacious baths, this condominium provides room for up to six guests to live together in comfort and harmony and a location that is close to the beaches, restaurants, and shops of Siesta Key.

Inside, tiled floors create pathways that are cool beneath bare feet leading into an open concept floor plan that is bright and welcoming. The living room offers soft carpet and a plush sofa set angled to allow guests to watch the television hanging on the wall opposite its soft depths. A wine chiller and built-in wet bar topped with granite countertops makes this room the one where everyone wants to chill.

A screened-in balcony that overlooks the community offers a quiet place to enjoy morning coffee and even a light breakfast as guests lounge in cushioned wicker chairs. In the hustle and bustle of vacation life, these quiet moments will be much needed and cherished.

A study, featuring a second sofa that opens into a queen bed, provides privacy for whomever resides within but also offers a desk setup in case any online schooling or virtual meetings with the office must be completed. 

Because more is simply perfect, two dining areas are provided in this spacious condominium offering beach cottage appeal, including a formal setup surrounded by cushioned wood chairs and a more casual round glass table tucked away into a nook of windows that is an integral part of the sleek and modern kitchen.

Staying bright with white appliances, cabinets, and creamy walls, the kitchen blends cottage cheer with modern amenities that make meal prep easy and fun. Silvery gray solid surface countertops and charming Italian accents filled with color will make this room a happy hangout where drinks are always cold, and snacks are always available.

The master suite, featuring a king bed topped with a warm red comforter that complements the dark toned wood of the headboard, footboard, and dresser, on which a flat screen television rest. The second bedroom in this beautiful escape is anchored by a queen bed topped with crisp white linens, its own flat screen television, and access to the main bath which offers a tub/shower combo and single vanity.

Community amenities can be accessed by paying an additional fee and can include the 18-hole Arthur Hill designed golf course, fitness center, community pool, and spa, depending on which membership you purchase, as explained below.

We recommend a Mid-Stay home refresh in stays over 30-days or more, where the cleaners will come in and refresh the home.  The cost of this is $100.00.  We will call to schedule your cleaning after your check-in

Temporary membership is available to both Golf ($250.00) as well as a Social Member ($150.00) for additional cost.
